Yoga4Life grew from a desire to share Yoga that ALL could access and benefit from at every stage of their life. Rather than mindlessly moving through life, Yoga asks us to be present, pay attention, notice that which is harmful – movements, attitudes, behaviours – and instead choose that which is supportive. Like Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, cultivating balance in all the dualities to find equanimity, ease and connection is the key. Learning how to let go and be still is as essential as learning how to move – for most, this is the real lesson of value. Ultimately, integrating Yoga’s teachings into your daily life AND adapting your Yoga practice in response to your ever-changing daily life, encourages your practice to become even more vibrant and supportive.
